Join three TSTC Waco instructors for a discussion on the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board’s Scaling and Sustaining Success (S3) project that has been designed to mainstream Dev Ed students into co-requisite Intermediate and College Algebra courses. Initial data from the successful pilot cohort will be shared.
The co-requisite courses are uniquely defined by:
• Team-teaching
• An additional scheduled lab hour
• Mastery-based math courseware
• Just-in-time remediation
