Join us as we explore Hawkes Learning’s new Calculus with Early Transcendentals courseware with one of its lead content creators and editors, Marvin Glover.
As a former calculus instructor, Marvin will share his favorite lesson content available in the courseware, including examples from the following lessons:
- The Mathematical Definition of a Limit
- Related Rates
- Power Series
He’ll give us a behind-the-scenes look at the work that goes into these robust exercise sets, providing an overview of how exercises get selected from the text, created in our question-authoring tool, proofed by editors, tested in development, and deployed to the student courseware.
Key examples of tutor options and error-specific feedback will illustrate how Hawkes is uniquely designed to help calculus students succeed.
