About the Presenter: John Dolezal is an adjunct instructor of business ethics at Northern Oklahoma College. Prior to this role, he spent 8 years teaching and coaching within the Oklahoma Public School system and over 30 years at Ditch Witch. During his time with Ditch Witch, he served as the Director of Human Resource Development, Manager of Corporate Training & Ditch Witch Training, and Director of the Ditch Witch University online learning center. Mr. Dolezal earned both his B.S. in Business Administration and M.S. in Business Education at Oklahoma State University. He has been married for over 50 years and is a proud father of 3 and grandfather of 15.
