Emotional Intelligence: “Promoting the Power of Mindful Practices”

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to manage one’s own internal emotional environment and one’s ability to participate in healthy relationships with others. This training will focus on Emotional Intelligence (EI) five core competencies: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and interpersonal skills. With increased awareness of these five concepts, participants will be equipped to display their EI capability in their careers. As a result, individuals with healthy Emotional Intelligence can potentially strengthen their engagement with co-workers, colleagues, and other work-related personnel; additionally, an increase in productivity and efficiency is evident, possibly producing a more favorable work environment.
