This training will focus on Emotional Intelligence (EI) five core competencies: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and interpersonal skills. With increased awareness of these five concepts, participants will be equipped to display their EI capability in their careers. As a result, individuals with healthy Emotional Intelligence can potentially strengthen their engagement with co-workers, colleagues, and other work-related personnel; additionally, an increase in productivity and efficiency is evident, possibly producing a more favorable work environment.
