This Presentation will help you understand the meaning of diversity, inclusion and the secret of changing the world. Additionally, this training will be interactive, and will help you to be inclusive of everyone and embrace our diversity.

About the Presenter:
Manjunath Burdekar, Psy.D. is a native of Massachusetts, is currently working as an assistant professor of Psychology at Concord University. He received his Bachelors in Biology from Franklin Pierce University and further earned his Master’s in psychology and doctorate in counseling psychology from Springfield College. Prior to coming to Concord University, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Roger Williams University Counseling Center, working with traditional and non-traditional college students. He has many counseling center experiences including Hampshire College, Springfield College, and Western Carolina University. Dr. Burdekar’s professional interests include anxiety, depression, diversity and inclusion, grief, identity development, interpersonal functioning, and pain management. He has also worked with athletes focusing on their athletic identity development and performance enhancement.
