Improved Organization of Assignment Reminder Email Digest
With this update, instructors will now be able to review which students received automated assignment reminders, improving at-a-glance review and hopefully allowing instructors to take action more quickly if needed.
LMS Integration: Moodle Auto Grade Sync
For instructors using Moodle and our LMS synchronization tools, you can now choose to automatically sync your Hawkes grades over to Moodle once daily.
To set up automatic grade syncing within Moodle:
- Open the LMS sync tool
- Navigate to the new ‘Schedule Sync’ tab
- Check the ‘Sync grades to LMS daily’ on this tab
- Click ‘Save Changes’
You will still have access to the Assignment Grades tab to manually sync grades over whenever you’d like there to be an exact match between Hawkes and Moodle, but our hope is that this update will allow students to consistently see a more accurate grade in both Hawkes and Moodle while reducing your efforts in syncing grades between the two tools.
