About the Presenter
Dr. Herbert Baum has a Ph.D. in Population Dynamics from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. He has a 35 year career as a statistician/evaluator analyzing data from federal, state and local programs. Dr. Baum’s focus was on health and education data/programs. Since 2018, he has been teaching Elementary Statistics at Guilford College.
