How to differentiate between practice tests and assigned tests

You asked, and we delivered! Now, WebTests that you assign to your classes have a different color at the top of the page than the practice tests that students themselves create.

This update is especially helpful for instructors who teach in a computer lab. It’s now easier to know when students are taking a test that counts toward their grade, which is when they shouldn’t be working with other students or getting help from instructors or TAs.

Now, assigned WebTests are purple:

The assigned test has a purple bar at the top of the screen where it says the test name, name of the student, and the option to turn in the test.

Student-created practice tests are in blue:

The practice test has a blue bar at the top of the screen where it says the test name, name of the student, and the option to turn in the test.

What makes this update even better? These colors are WCAG 2.0 Level AA compliant!
